How it works

Your points,
decoded.

ChainPoints sits on top of Google Flights and shows you what every flight costs in your points — and the cheapest way to get there from the cards you already have. No spreadsheets, no tab-switching, no guesswork.

A two-minute walkthrough is on the way — start to finish, the whole thing.

The problem

Most points never become flights — not because they aren’t worth anything, but because finding the answer means six open tabs, a transfer-ratioHow many airline miles you get per card point. 1:1 means 1,000 points become 1,000 miles; some routes pay more, some less. spreadsheet, and an hour you don’t have. So the points just sit there.

Your wallet, in dollars

That’s an $840 gap on the same points — and finding it is exactly what ChainPoints does.

What the numbers mean

Two kinds of numbers.

LIVE MILES

Pulled for your exact flight

When you run a live search, we fetch the real award price — exact miles and taxes — for the specific flight you’re looking at.

ESTIMATED

Predicted by our algorithm

Everywhere else, you see an estimate predicted from the airline’s typical award rates — a smart starting point, clearly labeled, never pretending to be live.

One rule we’ll repeat forever: always verify the award seatA seat the airline lets you book with miles instead of cash. They’re limited, and they come and go fast. with the airline before moving points to a transfer partnerAn airline or hotel program your card’s points can move into — like Chase → United or Amex → ANA.. Transfers can’t be undone, and award prices move. ChainPoints shows you the path — the final check is always yours.

Is it safe?

Built to know nothing it doesn’t need.

  • No card numbers. No bank logins.

We never collect card numbers, CVVs, expiration dates, or any bank credentials. Your wallet is just program names and the balances you typed.

  • It only runs on Google Flights.

The extension activates on Google Flights and chainpoints.app — and nowhere else. It cannot see your other tabs, your browsing history, or any other site you visit.

  • It can't move your points.

ChainPoints shows you the route. Every transfer happens on your card’s own website, done by you. We have no access to your accounts and no way to touch them.

  • Delete your account, and it's gone.

Account deletion removes your data immediately — we don’t keep it in backups. The details are spelled out, in writing, in the Privacy Policy.
